Our IT Team has been working around the clock to provide you with a full list of electronic transactions at the platform level. This means that you can now perform any possible transaction on a Dominion account without leaving our platform, and without having to touch a single paper form. You can even watch these moves play out in real time – right in front of you. For your clients, this means new levels of professionalism. And we’re proud to say that 90% of all transactions are executed in the first 24 hours, including new accounts, amendments, switches and redemptions, among many others.
Clients’ portfolio details have also been enhanced, including a complete breakdown of underlying assets, historic valuations and asset allocation breakdown.
At an infrastructural level, we’ve been busy upgrading our platform to achieve PCI Level 1 compliance, the highest possible standard on credit card payment processing. We will be announcing the acceptance of JCB and Amex cards as possible payment methods in the next few weeks.
As new IFAs are joining the Dominion experience from multiple regions we will be releasing new languages across our platform shortly. We have also incorporated key staff at operational and business development levels to support the new regions.
Last but not least, we are working on new product development initiatives to broaden our value proposition to you and your clients.
